Application for Credit Carryover / Transfer in 2021-1st semester

1. UNIST Credit Carryover
1) Carrying over excessive credits took in UNIST Undergraduate to UNIST MS/Ph.D/MS-Ph.D Graduate credits.
2) Carrying over excessive credits took in UNIST Master’s program to UNIST Ph.D Graduate credits.

2. Credit Transfer
– Dropping out or moving, transferring excessive credits took in another universities before UNIST to UNIST Graduate credits with the same degree program.

3. Application Period : 2021.03.22.(Mon) ~ 2021.03.31.(Wed)

4. Submission : To the staff at the Academic&Students Affairs Team
– Staff: Kim, Minsun (minsun4567@unist.ac.kr / 052-217-1807 / Bldg.108, U203-2 (2F))

5. Documents to submit
1) UNIST Credit Carryover : Form (1st attached) + Transcript
2) Credit Transfer : Form (2nd attached) + Transcript + Related Documents (regarding dropout, etc.)

6. Grade: The GPA of each course taken will be written in the transcript without any revision, but the GPA doesn’t included in the present GPA in the degree program.

7. Remark: Only course credits are accepted, not research credits
